SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Timeline
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
- We may offer free shipping on selected orders or during promotional periods.
4. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

- A tracking link to monitor your shipment
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
- Tone & Terra is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
7. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.
Returns are accepted only if:
- You receive a damaged product, or
- You receive an incorrect product
8. Return Request Process
To request a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
- Email details to support@toneandterra.com
Requests received after 48 hours may not be accepted.
9. Refunds
- Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
10. Replacement Policy
- Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded, subject to availability.
- Replacements are shipped after return approval.
11. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)
12. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
